motion blur has a little bug: it works just one trigger behind the one u had putten it into

Maybe you didnt turn on "Post Process FX" or someth. like that... (Graphics Options)

Yeah if you don't choose Post Process FX in the launcher they won't work in game.Problem is , when they are on ,the game is very dark

its very dark, but you learn to handle it (or increase the brightness in your monitorsettings )
